2026 Election Dates:
Primary Election: August 11
General Election: November 3
Polling places are open from 7:00 am - 8:00 pm on Election Day
The 2026 candidate filing period begins at 8:00 am on Tuesday July 14 and runs through 5:00 pm on Tuesday July 28. Those interested in running for City Council positions must file an Affidavit of Candidacy in person at City Hall during this time period. These positions will be voted upon in the November 3 General Election. For questions, please contact the City Administrator's Office at 218-332-5404.
