The Aquatic Center is now CLOSED for the Season!

Thank you for a fun summer and hope to see you all back next summer!

We will look at taking applications for Pool Managers, Lifeguards, Admissions and Concessions starting in early February for the 2027 season!                              If you have questions, please reach out us and if you are interested in applying, please watch the city website for the jobs to be posted.

•   Lifeguards - must be 15 years of age and certified.
•   Pool Manager - must be 21 years of age
•   Admissions & Concessions - must be 16 years of age

Memberships for 2027 will be available on-line starting April 1, 2027. 

Memberships, 10-punch passes and Gift Certificates are available at the Parks & Recreation Office located @ 340 N. Friberg Avenue. 
OFFICE HOURS: Monday-Friday 7:30-4:00.  These also make great gifts! Please call 218-332-5806 if you have questions. 

The downtown splash pad is still open for a few more weeks! With the start of school and the fall-like weather coming we will try keep it open as long as we can and will be sure to post an end date once we know.  

Regular hours are 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. daily, and there is no fee to enjoy the site.

Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.

If the weather is stormy and there is lightning present, our fully automated system will shut itself off.  

Kids will learn quickly that there's a button with an arrow embedded on the splash pad which reactivates the splash features (which are on a 4-minute timer).
