Are you seeing or hearing something that needs to be addressed?

We rely on our residents and visitors to let us know when we need to step in and help.
Common issues we want to know about:

  • Traffic control including burnt out street lights, traffic lights flashing or plugged storm drains
  • Street maintenance including vehicles parked improperly, potholes, snow and ice removal from streets and sidewalks
  • Neighborhood concerns including weeds or tall grass, outside storage of junk and debris, animal neglect
  • Accessibility concerns
  • Finding or losing a pet

Our online forms (found to the left of this page) allow you to report the issue and we will look into it as soon as we can.    We do need to know the property address of where the problem is occurring.    Our online forms allow you to upload photos for documentation. No personal information is required, if you choose to include any, all information is considered confidential.  Your personal information will only be used by city staff to follow up with you on the concern you have reported.
