Thursday, November 28th is Thanksgiving. City offices and the Fergus Falls Public Library will be closed Thursday and Friday in celebration of this holiday.
The impact to garbage and recycling routes is as follows: Both Thursday and Friday routes will be collected on Wednesday, November 27 beginning at 6 a.m.
The liquor stores will both be closed on Thursday (open on Friday).
The Fergus Falls Fire Department will be starting a Fire Explorer Post. Anyone who is interested in being a Fire Explorer, and is between the ages of 14 and 18, please come to our open house and learn about our program. Interested parents and youth, are invited to enjoy pizza, have a station tour, and learn more details about the program.
